Sales Representative at AISUM (American Talent - Korea)
AISUM is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the AI and tech industry, and be passionate about driving revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you’ll help increase our market presence, expand our customer base, and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition & Retention: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the team to execute sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.
Relationship Building: Establish strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of AISUM’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, including targets, forecasts, and achievements.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the AI, tech, or digital marketing sectors.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, client management, and market trends.
Proven track record in meeting sales targets and closing deals.
Experience with Google Ads, digital campaigns, or related sales experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A passionate, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Employment Details
Employment Type: Full-time (3-month probation period) or Contract
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: 6F, Taejeong Building, 578 Seolleung-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (50m from Exit 3, Seonjeongneung Station, Line 9)
Salary: Negotiable
Joining Process
Document Screening → Interview → Acceptance Notification → Compensation Negotiation → Final Hiring Confirmation
Document Screening: Candidates are reviewed on a rolling basis, and results are individually notified.
Interview: Candidates will receive prior individual notifications. The interview process may change. Casual attire is acceptable.
Acceptance Notification: Candidates will be individually informed of their results via phone or email. Depending on the position, the process may take up to one week after the interview.
Compensation Negotiation: Compensation is determined after reviewing the candidate’s current/previous salary information, and the joining date is coordinated.
