Introducing the Global Business Development - Advertiser
AISUM’s advertising platform sales team plays a crucial role in driving business growth by promoting our AEDI AI platform to advertising agencies . This team builds trust through close communication with clients, identifies their needs through sales activities, and develops tailored sales strategies.
As an Global Business Development - Advertiser you will be responsible for calling on mid-sized brands and agencies across Indonesia. You will be tasked with educating clients on the benefits of AEDI’s full solutions and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue by acquiring, managing, and expanding advertiser accounts in the Indonesian market.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through phone, email, social media, in-person meetings, and industry networking events.
Engage in daily communication with agencies and clients to identify upselling opportunities and maximize value.
Oversee campaign performance, assisting clients in achieving their campaign objectives, optimizing budgets, and scaling results.
Promote and sell innovative advertising solutions while driving the adoption of effective advertising strategies.
Who We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years full cycle sales experience in the digital advertising industry
Strong sales capability with professional communication skills
Outstanding communication skills – native level Indonesian, can communicate in English
Bachelor’s degree or more
Preferred Qualifications
Strong sales skills and a passion for sales
Excellent time management skills
An understanding of the online publisher landscape within Indonesia
Experience in DSP, SSP, or related industries
Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation skills
Korean language proficiency, business level.
Employment Details
Employment Type: Full-time (3-month probation period) or Contract
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: 6F, Taejeong Building, 578 Seolleung-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (50m from Exit 3, Seonjeongneung Station, Line 9)
Salary: Negotiable
Joining Process
Document Screening → Interview → Acceptance Notification → Compensation Negotiation → Final Hiring Confirmation
Document Screening: Candidates are reviewed on a rolling basis, and results are individually notified.
Interview: Candidates will receive prior individual notifications. The interview process may change. Casual attire is acceptable.
Acceptance Notification: Candidates will be individually informed of their results via phone or email. Depending on the position, the process may take up to one week after the interview.
Compensation Negotiation: Compensation is determined after reviewing the candidate’s current/previous salary information, and the joining date is coordinated.
