Introducing the Global Business Development
AISUM’s Global Business team plays a key role in driving growth by introducing our AEDI AI platform to prospective clients within designated markets. The team fosters strong client relationships through consistent communication, uncovers business needs through strategic sales efforts, and crafts customized solutions to meet those needs.
As a Global Business Development Representative for Indonesia, you will be responsible for leading business expansion efforts and building strong client partnerships in the Indonesian market. You’ll play a vital role in showcasing the value of AEDI’s comprehensive AI solutions, helping clients succeed while contributing to our shared growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth by acquiring, managing, and expanding advertiser accounts within the Indonesian market.
Establish and grow strategic partnerships with premium publishers across Indonesia.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships through various channels, including calls, emails, social platforms, face-to-face meetings, and industry events.
Maintain regular communication with agencies and clients to uncover upsell opportunities and deliver added value.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance, supporting clients in reaching their objectives, maximizing ROI, and scaling results effectively.
Advocate for AISUM’s innovative advertising solutions and support clients in adopting impactful advertising strategies.
Who We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years full cycle sales experience in the digital advertising industry
Proven sales expertise with exceptional negotiation skills.
Outstanding communication skills – native level Bahasa, proficiency in English
Korean language proficiency, business level.
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Preferred Qualifications
Strong sales skills and a passion for sales
Excellent time management skills
Knowledge of the Thai online advertising industry
Experience in DSP, SSP, or related industries
Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation skills
Employment Details
Employment Type: Full-time (3-month probation period) or Contract
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: 6F, Taejeong Building, 578 Seolleung-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (50m from Exit 3, Seonjeongneung Station, Line 9)
Salary: Negotiable
Joining Process

Document Screening: Candidates are reviewed on a rolling basis, and results are individually notified.
Interview: Candidates will receive prior individual notifications. The interview process may change. Casual attire is acceptable.
Acceptance Notification: Candidates will be individually informed of their results via phone or email. Depending on the position, the process may take up to one week after the interview.
Compensation Negotiation: Compensation is determined after reviewing the candidate’s current/previous salary information, and the joining date is coordinated.
